Service Description
This course will train instructor candidates to teach basic-level American Red Cross First Aid, CPR, and AED courses. In order to participate in this course, you must possess a current basic-level American Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED (or higher level) certification or equivalent and be at least 16 years of age on the last day of the instructor course. Upon registration, it is important that you review and follow the directions in the email attachment sent with your registration confirmation. This is a blended learning course consisting of online content, a skills session, and classroom segments. Online material must be completed prior to attending the classroom activities. Cancellation Policy
Touch of Excellence Academy is a Licensed Training Provider for the American Red Cross. We follow the American Red Cross's rules and guidelines for all CPR training classes. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the class start time to sign in. Late students will not be allowed in the class. If you are late, you will not be refunded. This is the only Instructor Class that will be offered this year, NO REFUNDS and NO RESCHEDULING. Materials and supplies are purchased once payment has been processed. Therefore, no refunds. We do understand that life happens, so we do allow you one opportunity to reschedule your training. Loose-fitting, comfortable, and casual clothing is encouraged. No crop tops, shorts above the knees, or pants below the waistline are allowed. We do have minors who take our classes, so we ask everyone to be respectful in their dress and conversation. Foul language and disruptive behavior will not be tolerated, and you will be asked to leave the premises immediately. You work closely together in groups. Do not come to class smelling like marijuana or any other strong, offensive odors. Students work together, and we want you to be respectful of others who may have allergies and/or asthma.
